Niamh Waldron

Niamh Waldron currently serves as the Social Impact & Sustainability Director at Sigma Capital Group Limited since November 2020, after the role title was adjusted to better reflect responsibilities. In addition, Niamh functions as an ESG Director at NGW Education Consultant, where guidance and education are provided to young people and parents, emphasizing personal success and potential. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Merchiston Juniors and Pringle Housemaster at Merchiston Castle School from 2005 to 2020, and a variety of teaching and coaching roles, including PE Teacher and Head of House at Woldingham School. Niamh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Biology from the University of Kent and a PGCE from Loughborough University.
