James Mayhew

James Mayhew has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering, specializing in control systems and automation. James has held various roles throughout their career, starting from a NASA internship in 1996 to becoming the Director of Controls & Systems Engineering at Sigma Design in 2023. Their experience includes positions such as Factory Automation Engineering Manager at SEH America, Systems Engineer at Applied Motion Systems, Inc., and Robotics Integration Engineer at Columbia Okura LLC. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing control systems, developing industrial control panels, and conducting research in motion control algorithms.

James Mayhew completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Walla Walla University from 1989 to 1994. James then continued their education at Ohio University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Systems.
