Lene Russell

Lene Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Tech Ops Engineering at Amazon since 2014, Lene has held various roles within the company, including Sustaining Engineering and Operations Manager and Sr. Operations Technical Manager for Amazon Go, where innovative shopping technology was developed. Prior to Amazon, Lene was Operations Manager at Sigma Design and Prototype Manufacturing Manager at Oculus VR. Lene's background also includes a Senior Technical Program Manager position at Microsoft, where significant achievements in manufacturing operations were realized, and a long tenure as Manufacturing Engineering Operations Director at Xerox Corporation.
