Nilesh Shrotri serves as the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain at Sigma Engineered Solutions since April 2003, where significant accomplishments include the implementation of a companywide S&OP process, the design of a lean supply chain strategy, and successful integration of end-to-end supply chain operations, resulting in a 30% reduction in working capital and a 15% improvement in on-time delivery. Prior roles within the same company include Director of Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Manager, focusing on business systems integration and production planning. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Semco Electric Pvt Ltd and KSB Pumps Ltd, where responsibilities included production planning, inventory management, and project execution. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
