Pedro A Rivera

Pedro A Rivera currently serves as the Sr Director of Global Supply Chain Quality at Ultragenyx, overseeing global quality for labeling, packaging, and distribution operations for clinical and commercial products. With a robust background in quality assurance and process validation, Pedro has held various positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles in supply chain quality and validation at Grifols, Novartis, Hyde Engineering + Consulting, Bayer, Genentech, and Amgen. Notable achievements include leading process validation efforts for biotechnological products and contract organizations, as well as the development and implementation of quality requirements across multiple modalities. Pedro holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
