Nikolas Vugrinec

Nikolas Vugrinec currently serves as the NSW Operations Manager at Sigma Healthcare, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes an extensive tenure at Linfox from October 2012 to August 2023, where various roles were undertaken in the healthcare sector, including Operations Manager and Acting DC Manager. Nikolas also gained experience as a General Laborer at UGL and worked as a Storeman at Steinhoff Asia Pacific. Nikolas is actively participating in the Sigma Emerging Leaders Program and has received operational training from Linfox, alongside earning a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations from the transport and logistics field. Educational credentials include studies at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
