Tara Coates

Tara Coates is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Communications Manager in Corporate Affairs at Sigma Healthcare since February 2017, Tara has successfully designed and implemented strategic communications plans for various organizational projects. Prior to this role, Tara contributed to World Vision Australia from September 2010 to February 2017, where responsibilities included developing internal communication strategies for transformational change and managing multiple communication channels. Earlier experience includes roles at Bayer Crop Science, where Tara managed corporate communications and launched significant initiatives, as well as a foundation in marketing support at Aventis CropScience. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Organisational Behaviour from Simon Fraser University.
