Shahar is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sigma International, where they previously held positions as Engineering Manager, Advance Product Manager, and Production Manager. Prior to their current role, Shahar worked at Arkal Automotive for a significant duration, starting as the Program Manager for North America and eventually becoming the North America's Global Program and Engineering Manager. Shahar was responsible for establishing and managing Arkal's production plants in Canada and Alabama, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely completion of programs. Before joining Arkal Automotive, Shahar worked as the Development Office Manager at Sidus Technologies Inc, leading an R&D team of engineers. Shahar also served as the Plastic Product R&D Team Manager at Arkal Plastic Products Ltd., where they were responsible for R&D projects for automotive customers. Earlier in their career, Shahar worked as a Mold Design and Project Manager at Shomrat Molds, designing molds and overseeing their production and delivery. Shahar'sfirst professional experience was as a Dairy Technician at FULLWOOD Israel.
Shahar Golan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. In addition, they also pursued a BCE (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) degree in Mechanical Engineering from "Zur" and Technion Institute of Technology- Israel, which they completed from 1994 to 1996.
