Guillermo Flores has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of fraternity and sorority life. Guillermo has served as a Digital Media Director at Sigma Phi Epsilon, Associate Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life at Michigan State University, Fraternity & Sorority Housing Coordinator at the University of Houston, and as an Office of Student Life Graduate Assistant at Ball State University. Guillermo has also worked as a Fraternity House Director at Theta Chi Fraternity, NODA Graduate Intern at the University of Texas at Arlington, Resident Assistant at Southern Illinois University, and as an Orientation Leader and Team Captain at New Student Programs. The story of its founding by 12 determined men set the stage for the growth and success of one of the country’s premier fraternal organizations. The history of the Fraternity reflects the times, through great wars and profound cultural shifts. Throughout the decades, the men of Sigma Phi Epsilon have practiced their values and embraced the stated desire of the Founders, “This Fraternity will be different.”
