Matt Dutcher has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Matt began their career as a Personal Trainer at Going Places, where they worked closely with clients with intellectual disabilities to create personalized treatment plans and assist with their daily living needs.

Matt then joined the Associated Students of the University of Nevada, first as an Event Programmer, where they planned and executed large-scale events for the student population. Matt later became the Chief of Staff, responsible for overseeing the ASUN Internship Program, hiring and training interns, and advising directors within the President's Cabinet.

After that, Matt worked as a Job Coach & Job Developer at United Cerebral Palsy of Northern Nevada, helping clients with intellectual disabilities find and apply for competitive employment. Matt also trained clients in various job-related skills and advocated for accessibility and ADA compliance in the workplace.

Matt then transitioned to Zephyr Wellness, where they served as an Office Scheduler, managing the scheduling and coordination of client appointments, handling accounting tasks, and managing insurance company relationships.

Their most recent role was at Sigma Phi Epsilon as the Director of Human Resources, where they led the HR team in executing people operations strategies to improve employee performance and engagement. Matt also played a key role in recruitment efforts, talent development, performance management, and implementing total rewards strategies.

Throughout their work experience, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Matt has a track record of achieving goals, improving recruitment processes, and creating positive organizational cultures.

Matt Dutcher attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General. In 2019, they also completed an Executive Education program in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Prior to their university education, Matt attended Liberty High School in Brentwood, California from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2021.
