Joining Sigma in 2017 to establish the in-house Design Department, Louise brings over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry teamed with her architectural background. Louise leads a team working across all Sigma divisions providing an end-to-end design service. She is passionate about developing creative solutions which deliver the best value to customers. Having a career which has always had a strong retail focus, Louise fully understands the demands of the sector and is responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a meticulous eye for detail.
