Oleksandr Plyska

Oleksandr Plyska is the Vice President at Sigma Software Group. Oleksandr has also previously worked as a Project Manager at ELEKS from April 2013 to June 2017. There, they were responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of several projects within an account against the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality criteria. Oleksandr also successfully delivered 4 projects within an account, including native iOS and Android apps, Umbraco CMS integration into the web-BE-DB solution, back-end alterations and development for integration wtih Sitecore CMS, and Xamarin-based applications development. Furthermore, they established 4 teams from scratch throughout the entire account development (growth from 6 to 23 FTE's), performed a role of an Agile coach, and mentored Scrum Masters. Oleksandr also implemented Scrum of Scrums process from scratch (3 multi-cultural Scrum teams) and a Kanban team.

Oleksandr Plyska has a Master's degree in computer science from the National Aviation University of Ukraine. Oleksandr also has a Bachelor's degree in computer science from the same school. In addition, they have obtained certification from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in Strategic session on your own, Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe 4 Certified Agilist (SA), and Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Master I.

Oleksandr Plyska works with Irina Shimko - Director, Emerging Business Development, Oksana Nazarkevich - Head of Lviv Office, and Alexey Stoletny - Managing Director, Sigma Software, Inc., USA. Their manager is Valery Krasovsky, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer.
