Olga Sulik

Olga Sulik is the current head of recruiting at Sigma Software Group. Olga has been in this position since January 2016. Prior to that, they were the recruitment team leader at Miratech from May 2011 to January 2016. There, they were responsible for the full cycle recruitment process of software developers and for the full responsibility of the team's performance and compliance. Olga also set targets and objectives for recruiters, monitored work in progress and executed results. From January 2007 to December 2011, they were the HR manager at NOMOC Publishing Ukraine.

Their manager is Valery Krasovsky, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer. Some of their coworkers include Julia Ostroukh - Head of HR, Evgeniy Yakovlev - Vice President, and Artem Petrenko - Managing Director, Sigma Sweden Software AB.
