Paul H. Phillips III

Paul H. Phillips III has extensive experience in the financial services and tax sectors, currently serving as the Americas Insurance Tax Markets Leader and Global Captive Network Tax leader at EY since 2011. Additionally, Paul has held various leadership roles within EY, including Chief Operational Officer and Markets Leader, successfully coordinating teams across multiple countries and disciplines. In a volunteer capacity, Paul serves as the Adult Commissioner and Board Member for the Grapevine Southlake Soccer Association and has held multiple board positions with the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, where efforts focus on supporting scholarships and leadership opportunities. Prior to EY, Paul worked at KPMG LLP, where responsibilities included leading the MidAmerica Business Unit for the tax practice and overseeing the taxation of insurance companies. Paul holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and an MST from DePaul University, alongside a BS in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.
