Earlene Folmar

Earlene Folmar is a seasoned professional in utility design with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Utility Design III at Sigma Technologies, Ltd. since November 2022, Earlene has a diverse background that includes previous roles at Team Fishel and Mesa Associates, Inc. as Utility Design III and Utility Designer, respectively. Earlene also held the position of Sr. Energy Consultant at Servant Energy and has extensive tenure at Oncor Electric Delivery, where positions included Utility Design Specialist, New Construction Manager, and Utility Design Senior, along with administrative support roles. Earlene earned a degree in Electrical Technology from Odessa College between 2001 and 2005.
