Jennifer Kramer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jennifer currently works at Sigma Technologies as a CAD Project Supervisor, a role they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Computer Aided Design Drafter at the same company from November 2021 to July 2022, and as an Operations Administrator from May 2021 to November 2021.

In 2021, Jennifer also had a role at First United Methodist Church of Plant City as the Director Of Digital Media. In this position, they assisted the Pastors in developing and leading the online ministry and managed the Church's social media presence. Jennifer held this role from March 2021 to May 2021.

From September 2019 to March 2021, Jennifer worked at First United Methodist Church as the Director of Church Activities & Outreach. Jennifer had a similar role from September 2019 to March 2020 as well.

In 2018, Jennifer founded their own event planning company, All the Things Event Planning, LLC, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer from November 2018 to September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Cork United Methodist Church as an Assistant to the Pastor from October 2018 to September 2019, and as the Director of Family Ministries from May 2018 to August 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for various ministry activities, events, and worship services.

Jennifer's earlier work experience includes being an Administrative Assistant at First United Methodist Church Lakeland from December 2014 to May 2018, a Supervisor at Cobb Theatres from 2010 to 2013, and an Administrative Assistant at Trademark Cinemas, LLP from October 2007 to December 2009.

Jennifer Kramer began their education in 2007 at Broward College, where they studied mathematics until 2010. Jennifer then transferred to Polk State College and completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2010 to 2011. Currently, Jennifer is attending the University of South Florida College of Arts and Sciences, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Biology from 2019 to 2024.
