James worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Sigma Thermal, Inc. from December 2011 onwards, where they were responsible for managing and directing engineering tasks for projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens Water Technologies, starting in June 2009 as a Manager of Manufacturing, overseeing all manufacturing activities for water and wastewater industry machinery. James was later promoted to Engineering Manager, responsible for design and distribution of equipment layouts.
