Santi LaMonica

Santi LaMonica began their work experience in 1995 as a Chemist at Whitehall-Robins, where they performed analytical tests and coordinated shipping operations. In 1996, they worked as a Chemist/Technical Writer at Wyeth Ayerst-ESI Lederle, performing analytical testing and authoring job aids and SOPs. Santi joined URL Pharma, Inc. in 1998 and held various roles, including Technical Writer, Compliance Specialist, Sr. Compliance Specialist, Manager of Technical Compliance, and Manager of Quality Investigations. Santi'sresponsibilities included performing audits, developing training programs, and managing quality investigations. In 2014, Santi joined Sigmapharm Laboratories as the Director of Quality Compliance, leading all quality compliance activities and providing coaching and training to support company growth.
