Elaine Rogalla, MBA, serves as the Chief Product Officer at SigmaSight since May 2024, where the focus is on leveraging AI and big data for litigation settlement negotiations. Previously, from April 2019 to May 2024, Elaine held various roles at Duck Creek Technologies, culminating in the Director of Product Management position, where responsibilities included the success of Claims and Insights products and leadership of the Diversity Council. Additionally, Elaine's career spans over a decade at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where roles included Claims Unit Manager and Project Leader, demonstrating a strong track record in managing teams, driving product strategy, and enhancing operational efficiency. Elaine holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management and Entrepreneurship from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, along with a B.A. in Communication and Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
