Mayank Fitria is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development at SIGMATECH since November 2019, Mayank successfully generated over 25 clients and achieved a revenue growth exceeding IDR 11 billion in less than three years. Mayank has previously held roles at Asian Technology Solutions, where expertise in developing new accounts and expanding business opportunities was demonstrated, and at Accenture, focusing on office operations and customer satisfaction. Mayank began career at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Front Desk Agent, providing excellent service to a diverse clientele. Mayank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Nasional.
