Sushilendra Deshpande

Sushil joined SigmaTEK as a software developer in 2003. Having contributed to development in the early years of his career, he was involved in setting up of Vaal Triangle as an offshore development center division based in Pune completely from scratch in 2005.

As a Managing Director for Vaal Triangle, he worked in setting up the initial teams and processes until 2007 and relocated to India. From an initial team size of 5 to current team size 40, Vaal Triangle has grown well and established itself as a technically competent division under his leadership delivering successfully on several fronts, most notable being SigmaTUBE, which has been a successful product implementation from the India division.

He has also been involved in setup of SigmaTEK India, which is sales and marketing division for India region. As a Director of SigmaTEK India, he has been involved in identification and onboarding of team and has extensively worked with the local India market in the early years for business development, pre-sales and technical support activities.
