John Johnson

John Johnson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and safety. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sigmatron International since December 2017, John specializes in benefits administration and employee relations. Prior roles include Director of HR and Safety at Essex Rental Corp., where John managed HR and safety teams for multiple subsidiaries and successfully consolidated HR operations post-acquisition. Previous experience includes roles in corporate insurance sales at Euclid Insurance Agencies and an adjunct faculty position at Harper College, where John taught human relations and OSHA standards. John’s career began as an HR Manager at Ganna Construction Inc., overseeing all HR functions. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
