Abhijeet Nath

Abhijeet Nath is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Sigmoid since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing demos, accelerators, and proofs of concept for machine learning solutions while managing a team of data scientists across multiple clients in North America and Europe. Prior to this role, Abhijeet was the Head for APAC at Crayon Data, overseeing a team of over 30 members and orchestrating the Data Science and Analytics roadmap in the region. Experience also includes a senior management role where significant contributions were made to customer retention models and digital transformation initiatives for major banks, as well as a management position at Axtria focused on predictive analytics and commercial data strategy. Additional entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of a wellness resort in Goa is complemented by an academic background of a dual degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering & Management.
