Namita Sajeev

Namita Sajeev is a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist at Sigmoid, a role commenced in June 2021. Previously, Namita served as a Learning and Development Executive at Mu Sigma Inc. from February 2019 to May 2020, focusing on the Lateral Induction Program. Initial experience included positions as an HR Associate at RDALabs LLC, an HR Intern at Nucot Technology, and another HR Internship at Yusen Logistics, all of which contributed to expertise in recruiting, training and development, and employee engagement. Namita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amrita School of Business and a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University at Buffalo, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amrita University.
