Rohit Thapliyal

Rohit Thapliyal is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as an Associate Director and Solutions Architect at Sigmoid since January 2024, specializing in data pipeline and governance architecture using cloud technologies including GCP, Azure, and AWS. Prior to this role, Rohit held the position of Data Engineering Associate Manager at Accenture from November 2021 to December 2023, where leadership involved spearheading projects for FMCG and Banking clients to develop supply chain data lake solutions. Rohit’s career began at Quantiphi, Inc. as a Data Engineer, followed by a role as Senior Data Engineer/Data Lead at Fractal Analytics, amassing significant experience in building BI solutions and harmonizing data for effective business intelligence. Rohit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University.
