Shyam Nadig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital markets, account management, and customer success. Currently serving at Sigmoid since November 2022, Shyam previously held pivotal roles at ServiceNow and Pontoon Solutions, where responsibilities included leading Services Procurement as Head of Pontoon Solutions, India and Global Practice Leader. Earlier in the career, Shyam excelled at Wipro as General Manager and Head - Marketing and KPO Operations, and at Headstrong (a Genpact company) as AVP, Sales Leader for asset servicing and wealth management. Shyam has also held significant positions at Marlabs Inc, CEB (now Gartner), Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, Indiabulls Securities and Financial Services, and First Securities Ltd, giving a comprehensive background in sales, operations, and IT outsourcing.
