Adrian Eje has a strong background in SAP Basis administration and customer success. Adrian began their career in 2008 as a Technical Support Representative at eTelecare Global Solutions. In 2010, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Delivery Consultant, where they provided troubleshoot and technical expertise for SAP Basis and Database Administration. Adrian then worked as an SAP Basis Consultant at msg global solutions from 2012 to 2013. Adrian then moved to Astrums Consulting Sdn Bhd, where they served as a Senior SAP Basis Engineer and SAP Basis Consultant from 2013 to 2014. During this time, they oversaw APAC accounts, ensured KPIs were met, and provided technical guidance and expertise. Adrian then joined T-Systems International in 2014, taking on the role of SAP Basis Administrator. Here, they carried out various project tasks and provided technical advice and guidance to customers. Adrian also served as the Single Point of Contact for customers, collaborated with managers, and maintained system stability. Adrian currently works as a Customer Success Advocate at Sign In Enterprise since 2021.

Adrian Eje attended AMA Computer College - Batangas from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology.
