Nilima Gandhi PhD is an experienced recruitment and employer branding professional with a robust background in managing talent acquisition strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Recruiting & Employer Branding at SIGNA Sports United since October 2022, Nilima previously held key roles including Recruitment Manager at Synfioo GmbH, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Business roles, managing a team of recruiters, and leading process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Lecturer at Middle East College, Assistant Manager at Accenture, Team Lead and Recruiter at PeopleStrong HR Services, and HR Executive at Primera.
