Lutz Rupprecht

Lutz Rupprecht has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lutz began their career in 1999 at PwC Düsseldorf, working in tax until 2000. Lutz later joined Ernst & Young Düsseldorf in 2001, focusing on tax and transfer pricing until 2005. Lutz then moved to METRO Group, where they held various roles including Head of Transfer Pricing and Corp. Strategy/M&A from 2005 to 2009. Lutz also served as the Executive Assistant to Management Board from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they became the Head of Special Projects at METRO Propertíes, and in 2011, they took on the role of Head of Corporate Portfolio & Asset Management at METRO Group. Lutz then joined GALERIA Real Estate Holding GmbH in 2014 as a Managing Director until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Managing Director - CEO at HBS Global Properties Germany. Lutz then took a sabbatical from May 2017 to October 2017 before joining SIGNA Group of Companies as the Head of Portfolio Management in November 2017.

Lutz Rupprecht completed their education with a Steuerberater degree, which they accomplished before 2003. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA and obtained a Diplom Kaufmann (Univ) degree in the field of Tax, Finance, and Banking from an unknown institution between 1994 and 1999. Furthermore, they completed their Abitur, or high school education, at Gymnasium Philippinum.
