Thomas von Amelunxen

Thomas von Amelunxen is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at SIGNA Group of Companies, focusing on the Neubau GLOBUS Basel project since October 2020. In addition, Thomas has been involved with Swiss Life Asset Managers in real estate acquisition for retirement and healthcare since July 2017. Prior roles include leading project development at Reliva Patientenhotel AG from January 2015 to May 2017, where the first innovative patient hotel in Switzerland was launched, and overseeing acquisition and real estate development at Losinger Marazzi AG between March 2011 and March 2014. Thomas gained substantial development experience at Vivico Real Estate GmbH and held key positions in project leadership and management at AS&P - Albert Speer & Partner GmbH, rmw Architekten, and oppp consult. Educational qualifications include degrees in architectural engineering and real estate economics from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Technische Universität Darmstadt.
