Roussos Paschopoulos has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Roussos started their career in 2000 at Eurobank EFG, where they worked on the Strategy Team for seven years. In 2007, they joined THENAMARIS SHIPS MANAGEMENT INCC as a Strategic Program Manager, eventually transitioning to the role of Head of Planning. In 2014, they moved on to The Signal Group, where they currently hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer.

Roussos Paschopoulos completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from AThens College between 1987 and 1994. Following this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford from 1994 to 1998, specializing in Engineering Economics and Management. In 2004, Roussos Paschopoulos enrolled at the London Business School to pursue a Masters degree in Finance, which they completed within a year, by 2005.
