Rick Hayes

Rick Hayes has over 13 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rick is currently the Senior Vice President - Operations & Performance at Signal Mutual, a position they have held since January 2022. Before that, Rick worked at Charles Taylor as the Senior Vice President - Business Operations & Performance from July 2021 to December 2021, and as the Vice President - Business Operations & Performance from July 2019 to July 2021. Prior to their time at Charles Taylor, Rick worked at PwC as part of the Financial Services Advisory - Management Consulting team for 8 years, from February 2011 to June 2019. Rick also gained experience as an Underwriter - Risk Analyst at Arch Insurance Group from July 2009 to February 2011 and as a Financial Advisor at Penn Mutual Life Ins Company from January 2009 to July 2009. Rick started their career as an Investment Analyst Intern, Private Markets at Performance Equity Management, LLC from June 2008 to October 2008.
