Sande Lambert

Sande Lambert has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. They currently serve as the Chief Impact Officer at Signal Centers, Inc., where they have held various roles including Chief Operations Officer, Director of Grants, Coordinator of Training and Quality Assurance, and Coordinator of Employment Career Services. In their current role, they are responsible for strategic planning, program evaluation, data management, grant writing, grants management, internal and external collaborations, and community outreach.

In 2007, Sande Lambert was chosen to participate in the Loaned Executive program at United Way of Greater Chattanooga while still working at Signal Centers. This involved making presentations to CEOs, representing United Way at special events, public speaking, record keeping, and data analysis. They were later hired directly by United Way as a Loaned Executive for three months in the 2008 campaign season.

Additionally, Sande Lambert worked at Parkridge Health System as an Assessment Specialist on an as-needed basis in 2003. They answered crisis phone calls, conducted evaluations on individuals of different age groups, and provided diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

Sande Lambert completed a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2019 to 2022. Before that, Sande obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
