Francisco Garcia Candelario

Francisco Garcia Candelario, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale energy projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to closeout. Currently serving as Project Manager at Signal Energy since September 2022, Francisco has successfully managed multiple projects totaling over 168MW in previous roles at Wanzek Construction, Inc., Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc., and Silicon Ranch Corporation. With a strong background in electrical engineering, Francisco has also held engineering positions at Bechtel Power Corporation and Mortenson, contributing to significant construction and design initiatives. Francisco holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Vermont.
