Mark Kellaher

Director of Energy Storage Systems at Signal Energy Constructors

Mark is focused on identifying creative solutions in the development of utility scale energy storage systems.

Prior to joining Signal, Mark focused on the design phase management of multiple utility scale energy storage projects, the competitive transmission solicitation and award process for high voltage transmission at MISO and has worked as a management consultant supplying project and construction management services on multiple significant transmission line projects in the upper Midwest. Prior to entering the energy industry, Mark practiced law and provided consulting services to the US government. Mark is also a frequent volunteer contributor of project management training through the United States Energy Association and USAID.

Mark's diverse multi-industry experience brings a unique perspective to project development and customer service. This allows him to focus on all aspects of project planning, project management, and the development and operationalization of strategy.

Mark holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, a JD from William Mitchell College of Law, and a BA from St. Olaf College, as well as numerous industry certifications.
