Kathleen M. Burgess, MBA has a lengthy and impressive career in finance and operations. Kathleen M. began their career in 1992 as a Manager/Analyst at Ford Motor Company, then moved into roles such as Manager Leadership Development, Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Finance Manager, Sales Analysis, and Finance Manager, Global Operating Cost - Ford Credit. In 2008, they were recruited to lead the global finance team as Vice President Finance, Chassis Systems at ArvinMeritor.
