David Tzou

David Tzou is an experienced engineer with a strong background in production and reservoir engineering. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Development Group at Signal Hill Petroleum, Inc. since October 2013, David has previously held positions at Warren Resources Inc. as a Reservoir Engineer and at Halliburton as a Technical Professional specializing in Production Enhancement. David began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder, contributing to the development of processes for block polymer assembly, and also worked as a Research Assistant at NIST, where responsibilities included providing essential data and research for various sectors. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2009.
