Jessica Hermanns

Jessica Hermanns currently serves as the Head of Growth Digital Service at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe, where responsibilities include driving digital customer growth, developing cross-functional strategies, and implementing performance measurement structures, achieving over 100% increase in usage within 12 months. Prior to this role, Jessica held various leadership positions at Vodafone from October 2013 to December 2023, culminating in the Head of Digital Service & Tribe Lead Bot Development, overseeing a team of 45 and enhancing the digital service experience for Vodafone Germany. Jessica's extensive experience includes digital transformation, agile project management, and customer-centric strategies across multiple roles, contributing to innovations in app and web development, digital sales, and service bots. An alumnus of Universität Passau with a Master's in Business Administration and a certified systemic coach, Jessica has also engaged in building impactful networks through Women4Women and delivered significant projects that enhanced internal performance and customer journeys.
