Torsten Uhlig

Torsten Uhlig has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as the CEO and Chairman of the Board at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe since March 1991. In addition to this leadership role, Torsten Uhlig has held various positions within the organization, including Sales and Marketing Board Member, Marketing Manager, Branch Director, Organizational Manager, Sales Manager, and Agency Owner. Torsten Uhlig also served as a Board Member at ADLER Versicherung AG and PVAG Polizeiversicherungs-AG from May 2012 to June 2019. Torsten Uhlig holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree in Business Administration from St. Gallen Business School and a Versicherungsfachmann certification from Berufsbildungswerk der Versicherungswirtschaft in Dortmund. The educational journey began with an Abitur from Christian Weise Gymnasium.
