Curtis Floyd

Curtis Floyd is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in the mining and energy sectors. As the Owner of Straight Arrow Training and Consulting LLC since July 2023, Curtis Floyd leads safety initiatives and training programs. Previously held the position of Safety Manager at Signal Peak Energy, LLC, and served as Safety Coordinator at Sibanye-Stillwater from December 2020 to October 2023. Curtis Floyd has also contributed as a Researcher for Cfloyd in January 2023 and worked as a BBS Facilitator and Internal Consultant at Arch Coal, Inc. from February 2007 to February 2012. Curtis Floyd holds a certification as a Mine Safety Professional from Hotchkiss.
