Diane Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diane began their career as a Promotion Director at Andrews McMeel Universal, where they planned and executed media and promotional activities for syndicated newspaper features and trade paperback lists. Diane then worked at Hallmark Cards as a Retail Communications Specialist, developing marketing tools and conducting training for the company's network of retailers.

Young later became the Vice President Worldwide Premium Services at Alcone, leading the company's largest client, Burger King Worldwide, and overseeing strategic planning, ideation, and distribution solutions. Diane then joined Fuse Interactive as the Director of Account Services, where they played a crucial role in new business development and account management.

Afterwards, Young founded their own marketing and advertising company called DGY Marketing and Advertising, offering diverse marketing and publicity solutions to various clients. Diane then served as the Director of Marketing at Treat America Food Services and Company Kitchen, leading marketing planning and execution and successfully positioning the new business endeavor as an industry leader.

Currently, Young is Vice President of Account Management at Signal Theory Inc., where they are responsible for championing best-in-class work and cultivating A+ client partnerships. Diane also previously held the role of Account Director at the same company, overseeing a multi-million dollar QSR account and fostering productive relationships for business growth.

Diane Young completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and French from Kansas State University between 1978 and 1982. In 1982, they attended Université Paris-Sorbonne to study French for a brief period.
