Charlie Morris

Charlie Morris has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Charlie currently holds the role of Vice President Network Development-TN at Equality Health since 2023. Prior to this, Charlie worked at Cigna Healthcare starting from 2011, where they served as AVP Business Development, leading strategy and expansion efforts in various Medicare/Medicaid markets. Charlie also held the position of Senior Provider Network Administrator, where they focused on enhancing provider relations and optimizing networks.

Before joining Cigna Healthcare, Charlie worked at Gilead Sciences as a Regional Sales Director, executing strategic plans for increasing awareness and uptake of Ranexa. Charlie also worked at NitroMed as a District Business Manager, where they attracted and trained a district sales force and implemented targeted business plans.

Charlie began their career at Daiichi Sankyo as a District Sales Manager, responsible for hiring, training, and coaching a team of sales representatives. Charlie successfully launched Welchol and Benicar and developed pull-through programs with Managed Care. Charlie also worked as a Sales Representative at AstraZeneca and as a Regional Manager at action auto rental.

Charlie Morris attended Ohio Dominican University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Communication.
