Nick Kinney has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Nick began their career as a Copywriter at Callahan Creek in 2007 and worked there until 2013. During this time, they gained valuable experience in copywriting. In 2013, they joined Sullivan, Higdon & Sink as a Copywriter, where they primarily worked with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City to revamp internal communications and enter the consumer-facing ACA market. Nick also worked with other notable clients such as the Kansas City Chiefs and Quest Diagnostics. In 2015, they moved to Woodruff Sweitzer as a Senior Copywriter, where they specialized in agricultural brands like Koch Agronomic Services and gained further experience in animal health, financial, and human health fields. Nick joined Signal Theory Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Copywriter and later became an Associate Creative Director in February 2019.
Nick Kinney attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In addition to their academic background, Nick also holds certifications in ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Manager from ServSafe, which they obtained in August 2021 and May 2022, respectively.
