Dawn Scholl

Dawn Scholl has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn is currently employed at Signallamp Health Inc. as a Chronic Care Manager, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Interim HealthCare Inc. as a Hospice LPN from September 2018 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Autumnwood Care Center as an LPN Admissions Manager from May 2014 to June 2022. Their responsibilities in this role included assessing referrals, conducting bedside visits with potential patients, coordinating facility tours, tracking daily census, and managing the admissions process. From February 2012 to February 2014, Dawn worked at Stein Hospice as a continuous care LPN. Dawn started their career at St Francis Senior Ministries in March 1995 as an LPN Charge Nurse and remained in that role until February 2012.

Dawn Scholl attended Stautzenberger College-Maumee from 1997 to 1998, where they received an LPN degree in the field of study of LPN.
