Frederick Buff

Frederick Buff has extensive experience in operations and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Signalscape, Inc. since April 2007, where strategic vision and planning are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Frederick was the Information Technology Manager at Signalscape, overseeing all IT aspects. Experience includes serving as an IT Specialist for Newport News Shipbuilding from January 1998 to March 2007, managing a large multi-domain Windows network, and working as the first professional webmaster at Christopher Newport University from July 1995 to January 1998. Frederick Buff holds a BSGA degree in International Government Administration from Christopher Newport University, earned between 1987 and 1995.
