Fernando Rodriguez III

Fernando Rodriguez III has a strong background in leadership and technical delivery, with experience in various industries and sectors. Fernando is currently the VP and Head of Global Technical Delivery at Signant Health, where they are leading the Agile and DevOps transformation of a global team. Prior to this, they founded LeapPlus+, a venture focused on growing empathetic leaders and driving engineering excellence. From 2016 to 2020, they held senior roles at Berkadia, where they led global engineering and delivery organizations and spearheaded digital modernization and Agile transformation initiatives. Before that, they held leadership positions at Voya Financial, eBay, Accenture, Capgemini, Perficient, and PwC, gaining expertise in delivery management, application development, and data analytics. Throughout their career, Fernando has achieved notable accomplishments such as modernizing application platforms, establishing Centers of Excellence, and driving automation and standardization in DevOps practices.
