Swen Aron

Swen Aron has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of VP Financial Planning and Analysis at Signant Health since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP Financial Planning & Analysis at Laureate International Universities from May 2018 to July 2021. Swen also held roles such as Director Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, Sr. Manager Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, Manager Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst at the same company.

Before joining Laureate International Universities, Swen Aron worked as a Summer Intern at MerchantBansa in 2010. From 2003 to 2008, they held a significant role as the General Manager for Colaboradores del Grupo PV - Geckos Farm, where they managed finances, operations, and administration for a coffee, avocado, and citrus plantation and equestrian center. During their tenure, they implemented systems to improve employee performance and introduced technologies to optimize production and reduce costs.

Swen Aron's earlier experiences include serving as an IB Mathematics Teacher at The European School from 2007 to 2008, Co-Founder & President of Ouropreto from 2005 to 2007, Junior Consultant at MerchantBansa from 2005 to 2007, Logistics Consultant at Qmark Solutions from 2001 to 2003, Industrial Engineering Intern at Amkor Technology in 2000, and Financial Consultant Intern at Merrill Lynch in 1999.

Swen Aron completed an MBA in Finance at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Swen Aron obtained a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial engineering and Economics from Texas A&M University, from 1997 to 2000.
