Michael Sasse

Michael Sasse serves as the Vice President of Resource Planning and Procurement at Signature Aviation, where responsibilities include leading a global team focused on workforce optimization and enhancing operational performance through data science and procurement. Prior to this role, Michael Sasse held various leadership positions at United Airlines, including Vice President roles in Workforce and Continuous Improvement, Managing Director of Inflight Operations Crew Resourcing, and Director of Airport Operations Resource Planning. Michael Sasse’s experience encompasses overseeing large teams, managing substantial budgets, and driving productivity improvements, with a strong background in financial management and operational strategy. Michael Sasse is an alumnus of the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, holding an MBA in Accounting and Finance, as well as a degree in Aeronautical Business from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, Michael Sasse served in the United States Marine Corps as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Maintenance/Material Department.
