Thelma Delgado

Thelma Delgado is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the convenience store and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as VP of Operations Services at Signature Aviation since April 2024, Thelma leads a team dedicated to enhancing operational excellence. Prior to this role, Thelma spent over six years at 7-Eleven, advancing from VP of Restaurant Operations to Zone Vice President, focusing on restaurant growth and leadership development across multiple markets. Earlier positions include serving as Director of Operations Services and Market Leader at Sunoco LP, and a variety of management roles at Stripes Convenience Stores. Thelma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas-Pan American.
