Troy Scott

Troy Scott serves as the Area General Manager at Signature Flight Support since July 2019, overseeing operations and management. Additionally, Troy has been an International Consultant - Disaster Management Subject Matter Expert for the Pacific Disaster Center since June 2010, contributing expertise to disaster preparedness assessments in Peru. Past roles include General Manager at Barbers Point Flight School, where responsibilities encompassed Fixed Base Operations, and Executive Director (Interim) for the Hawaii Wildfire Management Organization, focusing on wildfire education and recovery. Troy has also developed the Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan for the County of Hawaii as a Consultant Project Manager and held various roles in disaster preparedness and management with US Pacific Command and Booz Allen Hamilton. Troy's military experience includes serving as an Assistant Brigade Operations Officer with the Hawaii Army National Guard, and educational background consists of a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Hawai‘i System, along with various relevant alumni designations in humanitarian affairs and disaster management.
